Visitors

We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

People who contact us

When you use a form on this site, we keep your name, email and message. We use them only to deal with your message. We keep them for up to two years, then delete them. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Businesses we list

We list business contact details that firms publish for customers: trading name, business phone, website, base town and postcode district. For sole traders we never publish a full address. We collect these details from the firm’s own website and from public registers such as Companies House.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: helping local people find and check tradespeople. If you are a listed sole trader, you can object at any time and we will remove your listing within 2 working days. We keep a short record of the request so that we do not list you again.

Who we share data with

We use Cloudflare to host the site and store messages, and Resend to send emails. We do not sell data.

Your rights
